Generative Design Solutions Middle East (GDSME) is a leading provider of software solutions for Manufacturing & Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) in the Middle East. Our office in India, G D S ME Computer Systems India Pvt Ltd , the exclusive Distributor of Prokon in India is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant with a strong background in Finance & well versed with Indian tax / finance policies . The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in accounting, preferably in an IT or start-up environment.

Reports To : Finance Manager

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Accountant & Admin to manage the company’s financial operations and ensure statutory compliance in a fast-paced IT start-up environment. The role primarily focuses on accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with limited administrative responsibilities such as vendor coordination and basic office management.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting & Finance

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and Income Tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Process monthly payroll and handle employee reimbursements.
• Prepare and submit required statutory filings and financial reports.
