• Conduct engaging consultations via video calls and live demos
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach and engagement strategies
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support pipeline management
• Gather market insights to help improve messaging and customer experience

• 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement roles
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills tailored to US audiences
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances in the US market
• Flexibility to work in US time zones
