Role Description :

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salem. The Area Business Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and support banking correspondents, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsibilities include supervising teams, monitoring performance metrics, and driving revenue growth. The role involves coordinating with financial institutions, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• The Area Business Manager will also be responsible for market analysis and Experience with Financial Technology and Banking Correspondent operations.
• Skills in team management, performance monitoring, and operational oversight.
• Strong business development and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial inclusion initiatives.
• Ability to analyze market trends and generate reports.
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
