Associate Director - OEM Partnerships

We are hiring for the role of Associate Director – OEM Partnership(Small Appliances). This is a Team manager role reporting to the Executive Vice President - Affordability. In this role, you will lead a team of Managers / Executives to ensure dominating Market leadership in the Small Appliances segment through combination of New OEM acquisitions & extension of Pinelabs Affordability stack to grow the Txn Volumes in the existing OEM partnerships

The responsibilities we entrust you with

NEW OEM PARTNERSHIPS :

Ensure the listed priority OEMs from the small appliances segment are signed up & made part of the Pinelabs affordability platform within the pre defined timeline

Transaction Volumes :

Drive volume growth on the Pinelabs Paylater platform by engaging end to end with the OEM partners & ensure Market Leadership in the affordability Pie of the OEM.

Revenue Management :

Consistent actions leading to growth in Pinelabs revenues from the OEM portfolio both in terms of absolute Value & BPS(Earning % to Overall Volumes)

Team Management :

Build a team of high performers who are consistently striving to overachieve the set targets of Business volumes & Revenues through meaningful engagement, early discovery of opportunity statements, articulation of New product interventions & smart GTM planning

Interdepartmental Collaboration :

Create Co working modules with Issuer, Sales, Retail, Banking, Operations, Finance, Product teams. Make them part of the vision & suggested solutions, to ensure proactive involvement from all the dependant teams. Collaborate to ensure exponential outcomes both in terms of market & thought leadership

Relevant Experience : Exposure to Small Appliances OEMs business modules, Fintech, NBFCs, Banking, Retail, Distribution segments

Years of Experience : 10+ Years of Experience

Qualification : MBA in Marketing, Masters
