The initiative empowers Government Corporates NGOs and Citizens to work together for socio-economic transformation. With a strong presence across multiple states and cities the program continues to create large-scale impact.

About the Role

As Cluster Head you will lead and manage operations across centres in the assigned cluster. You will ensure program delivery excellence team performance stakeholder engagement and alignment with organizational vision and donor commitments. This is a leadership role requiring operational agility people-first management and a deep commitment to youth empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Centre Operations & Program Delivery

Develop program plans (budget HR communication M&E) with Regional Head.

Oversee day-to-day centre operations and ensure quality delivery from outreach to alumni engagement.

Drive achievement of skilling and livelihood targets as per MoUs with government and donors.

2. Team Management & Culture Building

Recruit retain and build a high-performing team aligned with organizational values.

Conduct staff evaluations identify training needs and build team capacity.

Promote a culture of empathy inclusion integrity and courage.

3. Stakeholder & Community Engagement

Collaborate with government corporates NGOs and community partners.

Represent the organization with donors political leaders and influencers.

Build partnerships with institutions and experts for program strengthening.

4. Strategic Execution & Innovation

Ensure adherence to processes documentation reporting and budget utilization.

Facilitate donor events site visits launches and volunteering activities.

Identify new partnerships for skilling and placement.

Innovate for better implementation and community impact.

Preferred Background & Skills

Bachelor s / Master s in Social Sciences Development Studies or related fields.

8 years of relevant experience in social sector skilling livelihoods or program leadership.

Strong execution project management budgeting and reporting skills.

Excellent problem-solving data analysis and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in English & Hindi (regional language preferred).

Willingness to travel extensively.
