8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of experience in developing Integration Artefacts using Workday Technology
- Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using Custom Report, EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI and Workday Studio.
- Have worked on at least one End-to-End Workday Implementation project
- Good to have knowledge on developing Workday Payroll Integration
- Gather and analyze requirements and provide technical advice and best practices with respect to integration development and implementation
- Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deployment
- Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
- Monitor and ensure successful completion of integration runs
- Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports / dashboards
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution. Work with functional teams for discovery and design sessions, as needed
- Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
EDUCATION AND OTHER SKILLS :
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field)Certified in at least one Workday integration technology track : Workday Pro Connectors and Document Transformation, Workday Pro Integrations Administration or Workday Pro StudioWorking in US -India Overlapping HoursGood Analytical and Designing skillsGood communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional teamSelf-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond trainingWHAT WE OFFER
