Program Associate (Only 24h Left)

We’re looking for a sharp generalist who can lead across operations, product, growth, and execution. What You’ll Actually Do

• Own big pieces of the company—operations, strategy, product, growth, whatever needs doing.
• Take vague ideas and turn them into shipped features, launched campaigns, or solved problems.
• Create order from chaos—build systems, processes, and priorities where there were none.
• Spot what’s broken (or missing), fix it, then automate it.
• Keep everyone aligned—whether that’s running standups, writing docs, or just making sure the team’s rowing in the same direction.
• Roll up your sleeves and do the work—no task is too small, no project too big.
