Job descriptionAssist in installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software systems. Provide technical support for system issues and troubleshoot network problems. Work with firewall configurations, rules and policies to ensure network access. Support IT Documentation and reporting. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Basic understanding of system administration, networking concepts and operating systems(Windows / Linux). Foundational knowledge of firewalls and network security best practices. Willingness to learn, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
