Job description10-15 years of experience in game development, with a focus on Unreal Engine. Strong understanding of C++ and Blueprints in Unreal Engine. Exp in 3D game development, application development, or visualization using Unreal.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C++ and Blueprints. Develop and implement complex gameplay systems and real-time applications using Unreal Engine. Experience with multiplayer game architecture and network programming. Knowledge of physics and rendering in Unreal Engine. Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Perforce. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Unreal Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development using Unreal Engine and will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality gameplay experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of game projects using Unreal Engine.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to create engaging gameplay experiences.
- Oversee the technical aspects of game development, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in Unreal Engine best practices and workflows.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Optimize game performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
