We are seeking a skilled Telephony Developer with expertise in Asterisk AGI, LAMP stack, and Cloud technologies, along with a proven track record of building cloud-based contact center solutions. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain telephony systems that integrate seamlessly with various applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Asterisk AGI Development : Build and maintain custom AGI scripts to enhance telephony functionalities, call routing, and system integrations.
• LAMP Stack Development : Utilize Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP to develop robust and scalable telephony applications.
• Cloud Integration : Design and implement telephony solutions leveraging cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) for seamless integration with contact center platforms.
• API Integration : Integrate telephony systems with other applications / services through well-defined APIs to optimize performance and functionality.
• System Maintenance : Conduct regular updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telephony systems to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Collaboration : Partner with software developers, system administrators, and support teams to achieve project goals and deliver quality solutions.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, APIs, and integrations to support future development.
