Job Purpose:

To assist the Senior Legal Counsel in creating a centralized contract repository for all departments. The intern will support in organizing, uploading, and managing contracts on SharePoint, ensuring accessibility and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining a Central Contract Repository using SharePoint.
• Review and categorize basic contract documents for accurate filing.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and organize contractual data.
• Ensure proper version control and document management practices.
• Support the legal team in administrative tasks related to contract management.

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law or Business Administration.
• Basic understanding of contract structures and legal terminology.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems is preferred.

Background, Skills and Competencies

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret basic contractual clauses.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of SharePoint is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
