Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities will include :

• code, test, debug, implement, and document complex software programs.
• Design systems and programs to meet complex business needs.
• Gather information from existing systems and analyze program and time requirements.
• Design programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.
• Assist and support project personnel in resolving moderately complex program problems.
• Work with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within areas of responsibility.
• Provide technical advice on complex programming. Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Skills :
• Conduct quality assurance activities including peer reviews.
• Create documentation appropriate for each work assignments, such as program code and technical documentation.
• Remain abreast of industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.
• Utilize experience in JavaScript, XSL, CSS, XML, jQuery, Ajax, JSON and working in a Perl environment.
• Position requires a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in a related occupation.
