Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Arts or English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or knowledge management in a tech-focused environment. Exceptional ability to create clear, concise, and audience-tailored technical documentation. Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or other documentation and knowledge management platforms. Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and IT service management (ITSM) principles. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to incorporate user feedback to enhance content quality and usability.
Your Role
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including process documents, user guides ,data flow diagram and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain and organize content in our knowledge management system (Confluence), ensuring easy accessibility and discoverability.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and validate content accuracy across cross-functional teams.
- Regularly review and update documentation to maintain relevance, accuracy, and adhere to current standards and best practices.
- Focus on user experience by understanding the needs of target audiences and tailoring content for effectiveness and usability.
- Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance the quality of knowledge resources.
- Set and achieve a onboarding plan for all technical documentation, aiming for a 100% completion rate within the first six months.
- Establish and promote documentation standards and style guides to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality across all technical content.
