Must-Have

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Experience with Git, Visual Studio, MS DevOps
• Strong Python and SQL knowledge required
• Hands-on experience in implementation and performance tuning of Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Bricks or similar implementation
• Hands on experience with Azure platforms including Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage(2), SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Developing and performance tuning data pipelines using Synapse Notebooks, Azure Data Factory (ADF2) and Azure Data Lake Stores (ADLS).

2 Creating linked services in Synapse and ADF2 to connect cloud and on-prem data to the pipeline.

3 Working with Azure Synapse to create data models used for analytical purposes

4 Solid understanding of Azure Synapse Analytics architecture and component integrations

5 Understanding of MPP data warehouse architecture

6 Experience in integration of solutions deployed Azure Cloud with on premise data centers, and with other public cloud providers.

7 Excellent communication skills

8 Understanding of Power Bi architecture and integration with Synapse Analytics and SQL Server
