Job Description
The Air Ticketing Executive is responsible for handling ticket reservations, cancelation, re-issuance, fare quotations, and providing travel-related information to clients. The role involves coordinating with airlines, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Make flight reservations and issue tickets (domestic and international) through GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Worldspan.
Reconfirm, reevaluate, reissue, and refund tickets as per airline and company policies.
Provide clients with fare quotations, itineraries, and travel advice based on their preferences and budgets.
Coordinate with airlines to resolve booking issues, schedule changes, and seat availability.
