Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
Handle inbound inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, social media, and property portals.
Identify qualified leads and schedule property discussions or site visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high lead conversion.
Client Coordination
Provide clients with detailed information about projects, pricing, and amenities.
Share brochures, project details, and relevant documentation.
Coordinate property site visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Support to Sales Team
Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities.
Maintain customer databases, records, and sales trackers.
Ensure timely communication between clients and sales representatives.
Market Awareness
Stay updated on project details, inventory, and real estate trends.
Provide feedback on customer queries to help improve sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in real estate pre-sales or customer relationship roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Good understanding of project details, layouts, pricing, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication.
