This role will be reporting to the head of product.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Product team, who'd help us improve the platform to suit the needs of our B2B customers in a more self-serviced manner. The innovation traits for the user experience process should complement the cutting-edge technology that our Jivox IQ platform offers as a whole.
You will work closely with the Product Managers and the Engg Leads to efficiently and effectively formalize UI design, design tools usage, and design consistency checks across the board. As a part of Jivox’s Product team, you would help design the product for our global Self-service clientele. Our portfolio of global clients includes the likes of Marriott, Mazda, Nestle, IBM, Fedex and Cathay Airlines.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Own the UX vision and execution for the product
Capture feedback from our client-facing teams and translate them to UX requirements
Lay out design visions for front-end designers and developers
Introduce modern design principles and methodologies for the product
Lead the communication from a UX perspective for product strategy discussions
Required Experience :
Experience working on a strong portfolio of UX / UI design projects in Enterprise SaaS companies
Expert knowledge of UI design tools like Figma, etc.
Proven success in visual design and ability to articulate thoughts and ideas through drawing, HTML, and CSS
Working familiarity to implant design thinking
Iterative approach to finalizing designs and visual treatment. Ability to track design performance in product and suggest improvements incrementally.
Ability to deliver HTML / CSS mockups - should be able to go beyond Photoshop, Fonts and Colors into end-to-end experience
Proactive to contribute and take initiatives to engage stakeholders internally and externally
Applicants must have experience in the following :
(6) Using qualitative and quantitative data to drive design solutions; and
(7) working with a design system like Material Design / Design Thinking for product execution
Education :
Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, a related field, or an equivalent plus 3 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related design role.
Experience :
5 to 7 years of UX experience
