Role Overview : As a Business Development Intern, you will be the first voice of the brand to many prospective customers. Your role will be to connect with potential clients, introduce them to our collections, invite them to private viewings, and generate interest in our upcoming showcases and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to leads from exhibitions, social media, and referral lists
Share information about the brand, collections, and in-store experiences
Collect customer interest, feedback, and appointment confirmations
Maintain detailed call records and follow-up actions
Support the marketing / sales team with lead generation activities
What We’re Looking For :
Strong communication and phone etiquette
Fluent in English and Hindi (bonus if you speak Marathi / Gujarati)
Confident, polite, and patient while engaging with high-end clientele
Interest in luxury, fashion, or jewellery is a plus
Prior experience in customer-facing roles or cold calling is preferred
