Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

PLC Programmer

to join our automation and controls team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, programming, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems used in our manufacturing and production processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop PLC programs using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Mitsubishi, or Omron.

Configure and integrate Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), SCADA systems.

Analyze system requirements and design control systems to meet performance and safety standards.

Perform debugging, commissioning, and testing of PLC-based systems on-site and remotely.

Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers to deliver automation solutions.

Document all programming work, schematics, and system configurations for future maintenance and support.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field.

1-2 years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLC systems.

Proficiency with at least one major PLC platform (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).

Familiarity with HMI / SCADA software (FactoryTalk, WinCC, Wonderware, etc.).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
