Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for sales and marketing function of various Industrial minerals for Maharashtra and South region.
  • Establish and maintain cordial relationships at all levels with major customers and other key clients.
  • Strengthen customer engagement to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity for making the right business strategy.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market;

identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.

  • Participation in trade shows and seminars.
  • Conduct effective market mapping across industries and regions to identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
  • Periodically submission regular updates on performance against budgeted sales and collection, New Business developments, Collections Etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Leadership and Team building ability.
  • Strong understanding of Industrial Minerals functionality and its applications, Sales & Marketing experience in industries such as Plastics, Paint &Coating, Rubber, Printing ink, Paper, Agrochemicals etc.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and Presentation skills.
  • Qualification & Experience :

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 –15 years of experience of Industrial Minerals sales and Marketing.
  • Exposure to Industrial mineral or chemical industry will be Preferred
