Job Summary This role will involve managing data privacy in existing processes and controls, working with the various Business and Functions teams, with 2nd line Compliance colleagues and Technology to operate capabilities for robust, streamlined and customer centric Data & Privacy management.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team to operate data privacy capabilities for Privacy Impact Assessment, Record of Processing Activities and Data Sovereignty.
- Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, responding to privacy related queries from business stakeholders, defining requirements for capability enhancements and changes, conducting data quality scans, conducting regular process and documentation reviews, conducting impact assessments, data incident management, reporting risk metrics and operational KPIs, awareness and training, communications. Monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on data privacy management, as well as monitoring any new, or changes to existing, technology applications, products, or operational processes, are also a part of this role.
- The candidate must have a good understanding of Data Management and Privacy principles and have professional experience particularly in areas such as privacy risk.

Privacy Impact Assessment - advisory for business and functions' stakeholdersDraft / update policies, guidelines, procedures and documentation as required based on external or internal changesParticipate in the development / enhancements of privacy-related technology solutions, including, but not limited to requirements gatheringCreate communications and training materials as well as deliver the trainingCreate operational reports for customer privacyRisk Management
