Field Coordinator

Job Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Field Coordinator to work at the grassroots level. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for visiting villages, engaging with community members, meeting sarpanches and elderly people, collecting data related to the health sector, and coordinating the organization of free health check-up camps. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social service and community health development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit villages regularly as per the assigned route plan.
• Meet and interact with sarpanches, elderly people, and villagers to gather information about local health issues and challenges.
• Collect, document, and maintain accurate data on the health conditions and needs of the villagers.
• Identify and report gaps in healthcare services at the village level.
• Coordinate with the NGO / organization’s medical team to plan and conduct free health check-up camps in villages.
• Mobilize villagers to participate in health awareness and check-up camps.
• Prepare and submit field visit reports on a regular basis.
• Act as a link between villagers and the organization, ensuring smooth communication and trust-building.
• Support in creating awareness about preventive healthcare practices within the community.
