Your Work (Real Work) : Run & optimise Meta + Google Ads

Reduce CPL, improve ROAS, fix campaigns fast

Build email flows (welcome, nurture, cart abandon)

Manage weekly campaigns

Do SEO :

On-Page : keywords, meta tags, content updates, internal linking

Off-Page : backlinks, directory submissions, basic outreach

Update landing pages + track conversions

Send daily / weekly performance reports

Who You Need To Be : ✓ 1–3 years real experience

✓ Comfortable with numbers (CPL, CTR, ROAS)

✓ Can troubleshoot without waiting for instructions

✓ Fast learner, takes ownership, loves optimisation
