As part of our expansion, we are seeking a driven and talented Corporate and Fund Accountant to join our team. What You’ll Do

Accounting & Reporting

Maintain accurate ledgers across multiple entities (management company, funds)

Complete monthly and quarterly close by preparing journal entries, accrual calculations, inter-company eliminations, working papers, and IFRS / ASPE-compliant statements

Prepare HST / GST returns and support annual tax filings

Reconcile bank, borrower, and investor accounts and resolve variances

Loan & Investor Operations

Update loan systems (originations, disbursements, schedules, interest, maturities)

Maintain investor commitments, capital calls, distributions, unit classes

Banking & Treasury

Perform daily / weekly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts

Draft wire packages, capital movements, bank transfers for management approval

Monitor liquidity and short term cash-flow forecasts

Manager Support & Process Improvement

Prepare schedules for credit reviews, reporting, and consulting engagements

Strengthen internal controls, documentation, automation

Assist with audits and ad-hoc financial projects

What You Bring

Qualified CA (India) and / or CPA

1–3 years of experience in fund accounting, financial services, or corporate accounting

Strong command of IFRS / ASPE, corporate tax basics, and cloud accounting tools (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Intacct)

Familiarity with loan or fund-admin systems is an asset

Excellent English communication skills and strong analytical detail-orientation
