You are currently working as a Director / VP of Operations for a high margin service business that can be easily replicated with a proven US Client Sales strategy and a service delivery team based in India. You are looking to work 100% remote, and have the opportunity to become a partner and have enough equity in the business that you can retire on, doing the same work but in a newly created business. You are an expert at the execution of the operations of your current business.
You will be primarily responsible for the Operations of a new USA service business, reporting to the Owner. An excellent communicator, a true leader, a strong team motivator with exceptional experience in your industry, focused on US Clients, then potential for Global later.
Example businesses, but not limited to : Legal Outsourcing, Engineering Services, Healthcare BPO, Back-Office Operations, Accounting Outsourcing, IT Support and Maintenance, Software Development, AI etc. An office in India will be established to support this effort once it has been proven successful. Initially, systems such as Zoho or similar can be used to manage the operations / sales, then home grown after achieving company targets.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Should be holding / capable of getting direct clients and opportunities in the US market.
Should be owning the operations / sales process and held responsible for P&L, business objectives, and targets.
Has experience identifying higher margin opportunities and helping the business pivot accordingly.
Should be able to independently plan, execute, and build teams that could deliver and partner with businesses with a proven track record.
Target-oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
Responsible for building, mentoring, and motivating to create a professional, healthy, and accountable workforce.
Increase the team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods & procedures regularly.
Well-versed in defining career paths, building leadership, delegating responsibilities, controlling attrition, and ownership and delivery.
A Master’s degree is a definite added value.
Very good in analytical, communication, attitudinal, and altitudinal skills, client management, team management, and negotiation skills.
