Senior IT Technical Lead

Seeking a technical lead to spearhead our Microsoft Dynamics NAV V5 team. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with service delivery management responsibilities, requiring the ideal candidate to guide the team in handling incidents, requests and enhancements, while managing client relationships, SLAs and governance activities for a global distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical leadership to a small-scale IT team
• Handle various technical tasks including incident management and enhancement projects
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of services
