Synopsis of the role
Delivers and manages production operations for all applications that are part of the designated business domain. Responsible for ensuring their current functioning in production at all times.
What You'll Do
- Be the accountable executive to deliver and manage production tech operations for the applications in your designated business area.
- Develop strong working relationships with local stakeholders like Product, Ops, HR, Finance etc.
- Deliver all applications and maintain them in production through a combination of own development, vendor development, or vendor products so as to ensure that end business outcomes are achieved.
- Vendor Management
- Review and track Supplier SLAs and KPIs to ensure optimum portfolio support for Delivery teams
- Technology Controls
- Manage Technology Enterprise Risk Register
- Representing Technology in Governance forums and initiatives like Risk Committee
- Establish and maintain the Business Process Architecture for core Technology Processes with support of accountable process owners.
- Business Strategy and Planning
- Ensures that operational procedures are fit for purpose, and that operational problems are identified and resolved
What Experience You Need
Mandatory
Senior bankingTech Delivery Leader with senior tech delivery head roles in banks / investment banks.Experience of 14 to 17 years out of which at least 7-9 years in delivering enterprise business solutionsExperience with a bank with exposure to RBI submissions, audits, and assessmentsProven ability to work with others to achieve results and proactively address sources of conflict and emotion with focus on the best solutionPreferred
Experience of setting up and managing high performance bank tech architecture from scratch.Evidence of developing and maintaining effective relationships across business and IT in a matrix-structure / international organizationWhat Could Set You Apart
