About the team
Ninjamandi team is a large and diverse team which is trying to solve the problems in the Agri ecosystem with a Platform approach. This growth engine will fuel the next phase of Ninjacart’s journey in cementing its place in the industry as an innovation and execution leader. This is a team which is a mix of Business, Execution, Category, Product, Analytics and brings a mix of speed and innovation to solve tough problem statements.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing / Procurement of Imported Fruits through various importer / exporters and competitive rates
- Establish solid relationships with network of importers so that Ninjacart becomes preferred partner for them
- Delivery of weekly / daily purchase and sales goals in the category
- Establish a network of loyal customers for sales for our stock
- Manage a team for quality check, loading collections etc
- Owning P&L for the overall trade volumes

Experience in Imported Fruits businessSales experience for at least 5-6 yrs in Fruits sectorStrong on-ground experience working directly with Mandi traders .Experience in general trade sales is essentialPrior engagement with top importers / importer networks .Category management and P&L experience is preferredEstablish a network of loyal customers for sales for our stockManage a team for quality check, loading collections etc.Owning P&L for the overall trade volumesAdditional Information
