We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Ground Staff Executive to join our team at. As a Ground Staff Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's ground operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience
• Handle ticketing, reservations, and other administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient boarding of passengers
• Assist passengers with special needs and provide support to unaccompanied minors
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Handle baggage and cargo loading and unloading, as well as other ground handling duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Continuously update knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to passengers. Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and ticketing systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift to 50 lbs.
