Marvence Technologies is a rapidly growing staffing and marketing solutions firm specializing in Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations roles for leading technology companies and agencies. Headquartered in New Jersey , we are expanding our team to meet the increasing demands of our clients.

We are seeking an experienced USA Sales Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team. This is a full-time remote role based in India , requiring alignment with US business hours EST.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with technology companies and agencies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and align Marvence Technologies’ staffing and Marketing solutions offerings accordingly.
Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
