Job Summary :

We are seeking a Junior Accountant who has basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling eCommerce transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling marketplace sales, and assisting in daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Record daily sales, purchases, and expenses accurately in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks).
• Assist in reconciling eCommerce transactions from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Shopify etc.
• Verify and record marketplace payments, deductions, and commissions.
• Help in bank and payment gateway reconciliations (Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree, etc.).
• Support in GST data preparation, return filing, and invoice management.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, ensuring timely payment and collection follow-ups.
• Prepare basic MIS reports such as sales summaries and expense statements.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams for data accuracy.
• Provide assistance during audits, month-end closings, and documentation.
