Role Overview :

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager with 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role. As an APM, you will work closely withsenior product managers to support the development of our product roadmap, contributetouser research, and help deliver features that solve meaningful customer problems. Thisroleis ideal for an early-career professional looking to grow into a full Product Manager rolewhilemaking an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and communication of the product roadmap and featurepriorities.
  • Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and feedback analysistoidentify opportunities.
  • Translate findings into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
  • Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization exercises.
  • Track and report on product performance metrics such as adoption, retention, andengagement.
  • Contribute to product documentation, release notes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies that couldshapeour product direction.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or SaaS / retail technology.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or SQL basics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
