We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi-III to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, particularly in Chinese cuisine.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, and desserts.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
