Senior Technical Developer

Our company seeks a seasoned technical developer to lead the development and customization of our NetSuite SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge of SuiteScript, integrations, workflows, and extensive experience working with Accounting, Finance, and Inventory modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, Develop, and Deploy Custom Scripts
• Automate processes with SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteAnalytics reports.
• Create and maintain saved searches, custom records, dashboards, and SuiteQL queries.
• Accounting & Finance Modules
• Customize and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition (ARM).
• Build automated approval workflows for expenses, purchase orders, and vendor bills.
• Develop advanced reporting and analytics for financial insights.
• Inventory & Operations Modules
• Enhance and maintain Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Warehousing workflows.
• Configure and customize item records, demand planning, and supply chain processes.
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse management systems.
• Integrations & Technical Leadership
• Implement integrations with financial systems, banks, e-commerce, and CRM platforms using SuiteTalk (SOAP / REST) and middleware (Celigo, Dell Boomi).
• Manage sandbox refreshes, release testing, and deployments for each new NetSuite SaaS version.
• Lead and mentor junior NetSuite developers / administrators.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, data integrity, and security best practices.
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Work with Finance and Operations stakeholders to translate requirements into NetSuite solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 7+ years of NetSuite development experience with proven hands-on expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance modules(GL, AP, AR, ARM).
• Advanced SuiteScript (2.x / 2.1), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Experience building robust integrations with external systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work directly with finance and operations teams.
