What You’ll Do

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions supporting federal, state, and local government projects.

✅ Source and engage professionals in areas such as engineering, IT, project management, inspection, and operations.

✅ Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.) to identify top talent.

✅ Screen candidates for eligibility, clearance, and compliance with contract requirements.

✅ Coordinate with hiring managers and project teams to understand role needs and timelines.

✅ Ensure recruitment practices align with EEO, OFCCP, and federal contracting standards.

✅ Build and maintain pipelines of cleared and qualified candidates for current and future projects.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 4–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting

US State or Federal agencies

Proven success recruiting across

multiple technical and professional domains

(e.g., engineering, IT, operations).

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and multiple sourcing tools.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven

environment.

Knowledge of

US labor laws and government compliance requirements

preferred.
