National Sales Head

Position Mandate

Lead and manage a 300+ member sales organization across India.

Drive business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies.

Oversee P&L for national operations; deliver quarterly and annual targets.

Build scalable sales frameworks, channel expansion, and digital enablement.

Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team on business planning.

Establish strong performance metrics, motivation, and reward mechanisms.

Professional Background Fit – Incumbent

15–22 years of experience in large-scale sales leadership roles.

Proven track record of managing a book size of ₹3,000+ Cr (or equivalent).

Strong exposure to high-volume B2C sales in Real Estate, or Insurance .

Deep understanding of sales P&L management and distributed team governance.

Strategic thinker with hands-on operational agility and leadership presence.
