Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct branch audits across VF, HL, LAP, CSEL & SBPL branches as per the monthly plan.
- Share post-audit observations with respective branch / area teams
- Prepare and review audit reports, scores, and corrective measures
- Seek clarifications from branches and ensure revisions are made
- Implement tracking mechanisms for continuous compliance
