Scout potential areas with high demand for independent homes to identify prospective customers.
Qualify customers into leads by gathering pre-requisite information such as budget, preferred home size, and other requirements.
Ensure an adequate number of leads are generated to meet targets set on a daily, monthly, or quarterly basis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Conduct field visits to construction sites, dealers, and other intermediaries to identify and engage with potential customers for Truww Interiors.
Build and maintain strong relationships on-site with key stakeholders such as contractors, architects, and dealers of products and services related to new homes (e.g., plywood, window panes), to gather accurate, actionable information on prospective customers.
Execute the sales process with prospective customers by providing detailed and comprehensive information on Truww Interiors’ services and offerings.
Expertise and Qualifications :
A graduate with at least 1 year of experience in offline sales (feet-on-street sales) across any industry.
Proficiency in Kannada is preferred.
