Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Media Ad Sales Manager to lead advertising revenue efforts across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of digital ad sales, and the ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close ad sales deals with brands, agencies, startups, and media buyers
• Develop and execute revenue strategies for YouTube, social media, branded content, and integrated campaigns
• Manage relationships with clients and agencies to ensure repeat business
• Create customized ad packages, sponsorship decks, and solutions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with editorial and production teams to deliver brand-safe, high-value campaigns
• Track industry trends and generate new revenue opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain sales reports, CRM tracking, and pipeline management
