The ideal candidate possesses a strong track record of managing complex programs, with a passion for digital innovation and enabling impactful learning outcomes. They should have 4+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in education technology, with a history of delivering successful, multi-stakeholder programs.
In this role, you will define and implement program management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive consistency and excellence across the organization. You will partner with academic leaders, educators, IT, and product teams to align technology programs with educational goals, promoting agile processes to foster responsiveness, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include driving and leading cross-functional initiatives, defining and embedding methodologies, tracking and reporting on program progress, risks, and issues, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
