Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Costing Manager to join our Bengaluru team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for preparing accurate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) cost estimates, BOQs, and budgetary analysis for interior fit-out projects. The role involves close collaboration with the design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and value engineering across all MEP packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works in commercial interior projects.
• Conduct rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and budget forecasting .
• Collaborate with the design and execution teams to identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations , ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications.
• Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, and contract finalization for MEP packages.
• Track and monitor project costs, variations, and approvals to prevent budget overruns.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and client requirements in all MEP costing.
• Provide costing insights to support project planning, procurement, and execution strategies.
