Key Responsibilities

• Lead the MEP design process from concept through construction and ensure technical excellence.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and construction teams for seamless system integration.
• Design HVAC systems, including cooling load estimation, duct layout, and ventilation systems.
• Prepare tender documents, design brief reports, calculations, and BOQs.
• Review and validate design drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, Green Building regulations, and international standards such as

ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and IFC.

(EHS) for approvals.
