We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's daily financial operations and ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all accounting processes. This position requires strong technical knowledge of Tally ERP, GST filing, billing procedures, and purchase order (PO) management .

As a Junior Accountant, you will assist the senior accounts team in handling accounting entries, reconciling transactions, preparing tax documents, and maintaining up-to-date financial records. You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial activities are properly documented and comply with statutory regulations and internal company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
• Record all financial transactions accurately in Tally ERP and ensure timely posting of entries.
• Prepare, file, and reconcile GST returns, TDS records, and other statutory filings as per government regulations.
• Maintain a systematic filing of all accounting documents, vouchers, receipts, and invoices for audit and verification purposes.
• Assist the senior accountant and finance manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth processing of bills, purchase orders, and reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and inter-company transactions on a regular basis.
• Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and follow up for collections and due invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting principles, and statutory norms.
• Support management in preparing data for budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
