Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment processes across various IT technologies and business units.

They should be technically well-versed on core IT technologies with a basic understanding of Boolean logic.

In addition, the candidate should have expert-level experience in recruiting diverse talent, including citizens, green cards, and EADs.

A strong background in working on challenging core IT roles is also essential.

Cold calling and adaptability to multiple requirements are key skills for this role.

The successful candidate will have experience working with SI-implementation partners, state clients, and direct client relationships.

They should also be able to negotiate compensation packages and work effectively with ATS-VMS systems.
