US IT Recruiter | 2+ Years Experience | Night Shift | Noida (Onsite)

Location : Noida, India

Shift : Night (EST hours)

Experience : Minimum 2 years in US IT Recruitment

About the Role :

We’re looking for a passionate and target-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in identifying, screening, and placing top IT talent for our direct clients across the US.

Responsibilities :

  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, , networking, and referrals.
  • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Meet daily and weekly submission goals with quality profiles.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment .
  • Expertise in sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Recruiter .
  • Strong understanding of US work authorizations, tax terms, and time zones .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
