Head of Production

Job Title : Head - Operations (Production) – Apparel Manufacturing Unit

Location : Jetapur, Near Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Experience Required : Minimum 12 years (with at least 3–5 years in a senior production management role)

Industry : Apparel / Garment Manufacturing

Role Overview :

The Production Head will support the Factory Manager in managing the apparel manufacturing unit's day-to-day operations, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are consistently met with optimum quality, efficiency, and cost control. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a results-oriented approach in a high-volume garment manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Target Achievement & Production Planning

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly production target achievement in alignment with customer orders and business commitments.
• Monitor line-wise productivity and take timely corrective measures to address shortfalls.
• Support capacity planning and scheduling to ensure optimal resource utilization.
