Role Description

This role is for a full-time Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Nashik but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment and performance management
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Experience in HR strategy and policy development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
