Job Summary

The role is responsible for the management, preparation, and organization of congress publication alerts, timing and events packs, abstracts, posters, and related congress / journal documentation. Key responsibilities include supporting the preparation and formatting of scientific materials, managing enquiries and encores, and assisting with the writing and adaptation of encore presentations. The role ensures all congress-related materials are accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant standards, supporting effective scientific communication and congress participation.
