About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with strong exposure in Domestic (Pan-India) and APAC recruitment operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship management , requirement analysis , and team coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery across multiple clients, including direct clients and implementation partners .
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.
Gather detailed requirements from clients and allocate them effectively to the recruitment team.
Manage domestic (Pan-India) and APAC region hiring needs across various industries and domains.
Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, and delivery teams .
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Track and analyze delivery performance to ensure client satisfaction and SLA adherence.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support account growth.
Provide strategic insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies .
Mentor and guide the recruitment team to ensure consistent delivery performance.
Required Skills & Experience :
10–12 years of experience in staffing / recruitment industry .
6–8 years of domestic recruitment experience (Pan-India exposure mandatory).
Hands-on experience managing APAC region requirements.
Proven track record in client handling and account management .
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
Experience working with multiple implementation partners and direct clients .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and teams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal ATS systems .
