Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager- University Relations located in Rohini. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of university partnerships and relations. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating with university representatives, ensuring smooth execution of educational programs, handling inquiries from potential students, and maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions. The role also involves strategic planning, process optimization, and contributing to the growth of our educational services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a university relations strategy aligned with the company's workforce planning and early talent goals.
• Experience in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership
• Skills in project management, strategic planning, and decision making
• Strategic communication, cross-functional collaboration
• Exposure to university relationship management (UG / PG / PhD / DBA programs)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities, faculty, career services, and student organizations.
