Our client is a Business Solutions and Services company based in Mumbai. They are hiring for their UK based financial client.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Processing Executive. The role involves collecting and organizing client documentation and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Finance Admin Support

Send and follow up on client Fact-Find & financial documents

Review documents for completeness and accuracy

Maintain organised client folders on OneDrive

Prepare Terms of Business, lender forms & application packs

Coordinate valuations, solicitors, and lenders

Track underwriting progress & share updates with clients

Support DIP & full mortgage application preparation

Update internal registers and manage calendars

Property Admin Support

Research property investment locations

Coordinate with estate agents for viewings & offers

Advertise rentals, schedule tenant viewings

Liaise with tenants & contractors on maintenance

Maintain property documentation

Qualifications

3+ yrs experience in mortgage, finance admin, or property management

Strong organisation & document-handling skills

Excellent follow-up and communication abilities

Good command of MS Office & cloud storage

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
